Welcome to Queen Skin Care Oman. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and online booking systems. By accessing our website or scheduling an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or services.

1. Business Identity & Nature of Services

• Queen Skin Care Oman is a premium skincare and aesthetics office based in Muscat, Oman.
• We offer non-invasive aesthetic services, including non-surgical body sculpting, radiofrequency (RF) contouring, maderotherapy, facial care, and beauty enhancements.
• Regulatory Clarification: Queen Skin Care Oman operates as a specialized skincare and aesthetics office, not as a medical clinic or hospital. Our services are strictly cosmetic and non-invasive; they do not constitute medical treatments, surgical procedures, or medical advice.

2. Consultations and Client Assessments

• All body sculpting and specialized skincare routines begin with a mandatory personalized aesthetic assessment.
• Clients must provide accurate health, lifestyle, and physical information during their assessment. Queen Skin Care Oman is not responsible for undesired results arising from withheld or inaccurate information.
• We strictly cater to adult guests. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their initial assessment and sessions. 

3. Appointment Bookings & WhatsApp Communication

• Our booking system routes inquiries directly through WhatsApp. A booking request via WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed appointment until an explicit confirmation message is sent by our team.
• We request that clients provide notice at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

4. Package Plans & Pricing

• Prices for individual sessions and our specialized aesthetic packages (including Starter Sculpt, Body Confidence, and Full Transformation plans) are quoted during consultations or via our formal channels.
• All fees are transparently disclosed before your sessions begin. Payment terms, package expirations, and refund eligibility for block bookings will be finalized at the time of purchase at our physical office.

5. Disclaimer of Results

• Aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person based on genetics, lifestyle, diet, and adherence to recommended schedules.
• While we design our non-surgical solutions to optimize contouring, skin firmness, and overall appearance, Queen Skin Care Oman does not guarantee identical or permanent results for every guest.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, Queen Skin Care Oman and its specialists shall not be held liable for temporary, normal skin reactions (such as mild redness or temporary sensitivity standard to non-invasive aesthetic sessions) or any indirect issues resulting from a client’s failure to follow post-care guidelines.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising out of these terms or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.
